Do you offer ongoing marketing contracts or relationships?

Marketing strategy (including audience analysis, positioning, and brand messaging), content marketing, and search engine optimization are all long-term investments, and the time required to see results will depend drastically on both the work required and of your existing digital presence. While we always look for quick wins for our clients, you can expect at least 3-6 months to see any significant results from your campaigns, unless your digital presence is already fairly well-established. As a result, we ask for a minimum of a 3 month commitment and offer incentives to work with us for 6 months, 12 months, and beyond. We do not hold you to a contract, and our services are billed monthly.

How do you measure the results of your marketing efforts?

Marketing has to be measured, monitored, and adjusted to ensure that campaigns are working. Our goal is to help your business thrive! We will send you weekly and monthly reports so you can track the progress of your marketing campaign, and we will meet with you at least monthly to go over the information and make changes if necessary. Your success is our goal; so if something is not working, we will change it.

Who is responsible for creating the content your agency provides?

Every blog, article, post, and other piece of content that we produce is written by us in house, so you can rest assured that a high standard of quality and consistency will be maintained.

How much involvement is required from my business/me?
